Great Corgifante
Seed Type: First Generation Hybrid, Feminized Autoflower
Genetics: Pure Michigan Auto x Dawgathon
Heritage: The Dawgathon pollen donor was created to be a unique breeding tool with OG and Chem dominant traits. It was essentially a Marathon OG backcross to the (Marathon x Dawgwalker) cross I had made in early 2023. The offspring favored the tall Marathon structure with lower sets of satellite branching and had very gassy and citrusy OG style terps. I popped 8 Dawgwathon seeds when beginning the reversal and the final selection was made based on vigor, structure and a potent stem rub. The Pure Michigan mothers were the only 2 seeds I had, kindly gifted by my friend @grownthemitten. I popped both during the breeding run and fully pollinated each. They brought some nice broad leaves and added gassy, earthy and fruity chocolate notes to the offspring. I enjoyed both version so much I decided to include both in the packs. Expect taller more marathon dominant plants in the V1 and shorter more “Indica” style bushy structure from V2. Both versions had nice frosty, gassy and fruity nugs that are very dense and potent.
Aromas/Flavors: Gassy OG, citrusy with notes of Hi-C Ecto Cooler, fermented berries, fruity chocolate, earthy
Broad-Narrow Leaf Spectrum: Broad to medium leaf dominant
Average Grow Time: 70-85 days from sprout to harvest.
THC/CBD: High/Low
Effects: Can be on the stony side when first getting acquainted with the strain. Relaxing & calming with anti stress and anti anxiety benefits are common as you become more accustomed to the effects. Excellent after work or weekend strain that’s adaptable and takes the edge off. Good night cap strain before bed.
The Alebrije: The Great Corgifante is a unique hybrid of a Corgi and Elephant, native to the shores of America’s Great Lakes. The beast is known for its big broad bottom, dense blackish purple body and large flapping ears. The Corgifante enjoys spending its days searching for its favorite foods: citrusy berries fermenting in the sun, fruity dark chocolate and earthy wild mushrooms. When the creature’s belly is full it loves to take long naps, healing itself with deep rest. Eating, sleeping and repeating are the simple pleasures that make the Corgifante’s life so great!
